Less than 15mins long, this is an introduction to training with kettlebells.
Covering some of the basics, in an approachable and simplified way. Offering options to increase and decrease the challenge. This is a great workout if you feel a little apprehensive, but also motivated to build strength and gain all the benefits from resistance training.
You can easily make this a very challenging workout, if you increase your regular weight.
