PROGRESSION GALLERY

Each set I offer a slightly different progressive setup. Once you are familiar with the options, you could choose the setup that is most suitable for you, on that given day, for all three sets.

Here I begin the workout with a light 5kg kettlebell, to warm up the shoulder girdle, with an inverted grip (this grip will pop up in more KB workouts to come).

Then I transition to heavier weights and then as the ROM (range of movement) and challenge increases, I decrease the weight. You do you!
