  • It was quite difficult to find exactly 25min practices!!! Especially as I wanted to provide a balance of input and props during the week. So some days will be a little more and some will be a little less!

Your ideal movement snack, every day! Sometimes we only have the time, energy, motivation for a 25min practice. And just like that annoying / over used expression goes; something is better than nothing! I hope this takes some of the scrolling and deliberation out of the equation. And allows you just enough time to say hello to your beautiful body, remind some of those wonderful neural-muscular channels to wire and fire. And most importantly, say ‘I care about you’ and ‘thank you, body, for carrying me through life’.
