10 minutes well spent, of your precious time!

Personally, I have really enjoyed following the 10min daily schedule!

From a psychological perspective, I can easily dedicate 10mins to some meaningful, helpful movement. I know for certain, it will help my body AND mind feel much better.

In most cases, once I’m accomplished 10mins I am eager to do a little bit more. In the odd case, that I feel I don’t want more, I still feel quite satisfied I’ve moved my body, at least a little bit. Depending on the class, I have either gained some benefits to my cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular-skeletal or nervous system.

From a pain management perspective, I always feel better after moving. Even with a little bit of movement and whatever that may be; Pilates, Yoga, Garuda Method, Kettlebell training, or walking.

Movement IS Medicine.

I’ve always wholeheartedly believed this, but now I can truly experience and reap its magic, firsthand.

It means fundamental and accessible. Which could be relevant and helpful for ALL levels. From an accessible perspective, I wanted to offer classes that would be easy to follow, with recognizable Pilates and Yoga movements, offering a targeted, highly specific challenge.
