An innovative and experimental way to utilise yoga blocks for balance, single-leg stability and stronger, more responsive feet.

This tutorial uses a specific block arrangement to create subtle instability, minimising base of support; encouraging the stabilisers of the hip, ankle and foot, to switch on. This layout creates a particular focus on the intrinsic muscles of the foot; especially beneficial for those who pronate, feel collapsed through the arches, or want to build better strength and awareness from the ground up (everyone!).
