This class moves into the end ranges of the hip. Whilst, we have the assistance of the pulleys, we prioritise how the ribcage, spine and pelvis organise and integrate, to support greater control, strength & freedom through the lower body.
There is a surprising amount of upper body work here. The arms, shoulders and upper back are constantly organising, supporting and informing the movement, even when the focus feels centred around the hips. The upper body isn’t just accompanying movement, it’s directing it.
