HOLIDAY GALLERY!

My inspiration for this gallery, was to provide a comprehensive training program - covering all bases - without any equipment required.

A training program that can be done from home, on the road, on holiday!

We all know that the more convenient something is, the more likely it will get done! And a consistent training program is more likely to develop strength and flexibility.

When we investigate the smaller prop galleries, we can be creative and find easy substitutes! A slider can easily fit into carry-on luggage (I’ve done it!) but can easily be replaced with a sock or dish cloth! The kitchen sink quickly becomes a barre!

Reusable water bottles (especially the big tanks) make great weights. Just don’t drop them!
